• 300 g Flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

  • 250 g Butter cut into pieces

  • 80 ml ice-cold Water


  • 1.

    Put the flour and salt in a large bowl.

  • 2.

    Add the butter pieces and pinch with the fingers to create a crumb texture.

  • 3.

    Make a well in the middle and pour in the water.

  • 4.

    Quickly work the mixture to create dough.

  • 5.

    Divide into 2 disks, wrap in plastic, separately, and refrigerate 15 minutes before rolling out.
