Puff Pastry Pin Wheels.


  • 60 ml tapenade (black olive paste)

  • 2 sheets frozen Puff pastries

  • Parmesan Cheese


  • 1.

    Roll the pastry into a rectangle.

  • 2.

    Smear over the tapendade, sprinkle the cheese over, roll lengthwise into a long snake.

  • 3.

    Wrap, and freeze until hard.

  • 4.

    Cut into thin slices, no more than 1/4-inch/1/2 centimeter thick.

  • 5.

    Lay on a baking sheet, giving room for them to expand.

  • 6.

    Bake at 400°F/200°C until puffed up and golden, about 10 minutes.
