Try this delicious recipe courtesy of Ananas Bar & Brasserie


  • 45ml Belvedere

  • 15ml homemade spicy Pineapple Syrup

  • Fresh Pineapple(2 chunks)

  • 45ml Pineapple juice

  • 2 drops of Bittermens Elemakule Tiki bitters (a tropical blend of cinnamon, allspice and island spices)


  • 1.

    Muddle fresh pineapple into a Boston glass

  • 2.

    Spicy Pineapple Syrup: Infuse Pineapple Monin Syrup with Chilli

  • 3.

    Add Vodka, spicy pineapple syrup then pineapple juice

  • 4.

    Shaken double strain into a coupette add 2 drops of Tiki bitter

  • 5.

    Garnish slice of pineapple
