Slice the plums into small pieces and place in a small saucepan with the chili and the water. Heat until the plums start boiling and then let simmer for 7-10 mins until the plums are soft enough to mash
Crush up the cacao beans or the nibs (without the husk) in a mortar & pestle until powder form
Mix the chili plum sauce with the cacao powder and add some honey to sweeten the mixture
Transfer into a small dipping bowl and serve with fruit of your choice, on ice-cream, yogurt or with some cheese
