  • 2 apples

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 tbsp Aloe Vera gel (Found in the centre of the leaf)

  • 2 cups of pure water


  • 1.

    Chop up the apples and use a juicer (any type that you have at home) to create apple juice

  • 2.

    Juice the lemon

  • 3.

    Pour the apple and lemon juice into a blender and add the Aloe Vera gel with the water.

  • 4.

    Blend all ingredients together, pour into a glass and serve with a thin slice of apple.
