Try this refreshing twist on the classic fruit salad.


  • 1 small rockmelon

  • 1 small honeydew melon

  • ½ watermelon

  • 4 teaspoons orange blossom

  • 6 leaves of green basil

  • 6 leaves of purple basil

  • 6 leaves of mint


  • 1.

    Remove the skin from the rockmelon, honeydew and watermelon and cut in to medium sized cube shaped pieces.

  • 2.

    Place in a large mixing bowl, add the orange blossom.

  • 3.

    Remove the stalks from the basil and mint and cut the leaves in half. Keep some of the leaves aside for garnish.

  • 4.

    Add the leaves to the melons, gently mix together and arrange in 4 serving bowls.

  • 5.

    Garnish with the mint and basil leaves on top.
