Try Anthony's recipe for a perfect cooked Wagyu steak.
Remove Wagyu from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking
Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat.
Lightly oil the surface of the beef and coat both sides with quality sea salt.
Place the Wagyu in the very hot pan for 1 minute, then turn once a dark crust has formed. Repeat this step to form a good crust on both sides.
Now extinguish the heat and turn the steak occasionally for 2 minutes in the pan before transferring to a plate to rest.
Carve and serve with fresh lemon.
