Try Ananas Bar & Brasserie's Crème Yvette, a Berry liqueur, shaken with gin and drenched in Champagne. Served in a coupette.


  • 30ml Crème Yvette berry liqueur

  • 10ml sloe gin

  • 15ml Tanqueray gin

  • 10ml homemade lemon sugar syrup

  • Top up with French Champagne


  • 1.

    Add all ingredients, minus Champagne, into a Boston glass, shake hard

  • 2.

    Double strain into a coupette glass and top with Champagne

  • 3.

    Garnish with a purple flower
