A great salad to celebrate the wonderful creaminess of the Australian macadamia nut.


  • 175g green beans, trimmed

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon Suncoast Gold Australian Macadamia Oil

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 50g dry roasted unsalted Suncoast Gold macadamias, roughly chopped

  • 50g unsalted raw pecans, roughly chopped

  • black pepper


  • 1.

    Place beans in a saucepan of boiling water and blanch for 1-2 minutes.

  • 2.

    Drain well and place on a serving plate.

  • 3.

    Heat a small saucepan over medium low heat.

  • 4.

    Add the lemon juice, macadamia oil, honey, mustard and nuts.

  • 5.

    Season with pepper to taste.

  • 6.

    Heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring until honey has dissolved.

  • 7.

    Spoon warm dressing and nuts over the beans and serve immediately
