Choc coated blueberries and Macadamias

Try this simple and delicious low carb recipe from New Atkins this Easter..


  • 20 shelled whole macadamia nuts

  • 20 fresh blueberries

  • 1 ½ Atkins Endulge Milk Chocolate Bars


  • 1.

    Prepare a tray with baking paper.

  • 2.

    Fill saucepan 1/3 of the way with water and bring to the boil.

  • 3.

    Once boiling, reduce heat to low.

  • 4.

    Break Atkins Endulge bars into even pieces and place into a heat proof bowl.

  • 5.

    Sit the bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring it doesn't touch the water.

  • 6.

    Stir chocolate until completely melted and smooth.

  • 7.

    Remove chocolate from heat and pour in macadamias and blueberries – stir until completely covered in chocolate.

  • 8.

    Remove from chocolate one by one with a spoon and place onto grease proof paper.

  • 9.

    Place in the refrigerator to set.
