  • ½ cup Quinoa

  • Assorted vegetables diced

  • ½ cup of Diced bacon

  • 1x Clove of garlic

  • Vegetable stock 1 Cube


  • 1.

    Cook Quinoa as instructed on packet. In the water that your Quinoa is cooking place cube of vegetable stock. Once cooked place to side.

  • 2.

    In fry pan cook bacon and garlic add your selected diced vegetables. Cook until bacon is cooked through.

  • 3.

    Add the cooked quinoa to the vegetables and mix together

  • 4.

    Serve hot and enjoy
