Lightly mound salamis and prosciutto onto a large plate. Scatter cornichons and mustard fruit around and over the meats.
Place baguette slices at the edge of the plate.
Note: Mustard fruits are a glace fruit finished in a mustard syrup in the cooking process, giving the fruits a sweet but intensely hot flavour. Cornichons are baby pickled gherkin cucumbers. Mustard fruits and cornichons and help cut through the fattiness of the meats. They are available from selected supermarkets, delicatessens and specialty food stores, such as Simon Johnson.
