  • 100g (12 slices) thinly sliced prosciutto

  • 12 cornichons

  • 1 tablespoon (20g) coarsely chopped mustard fruits

  • 12 thin slices baguette


  • 1.

    Lightly mound salamis and prosciutto onto a large plate. Scatter cornichons and mustard fruit around and over the meats.

    Place baguette slices at the edge of the plate.

Note: Mustard fruits are a glace fruit finished in a mustard syrup in the cooking process, giving the fruits a sweet but intensely hot flavour. Cornichons are baby pickled gherkin cucumbers.
