Cheesy Tomato and Olive Pizza

Try this quick and simple recipe as a delicious alternative to fatty take-away pizza.


  • ¼ cup pizza sauce

  • 1 x 25cm pizza base or pita bread

  • 11/2 cups grated KRAFT Livefree Cheese

  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes

  • ¼ red onion, sliced

  • 10 black olives

  • 20g baby rocket leaves


  • 1.

    Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza base then top with half of the grated cheese. Top with tomatoes, onion and olives, then scatter over the remaining cheese.

    Bake in a hot oven 200o C for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crust is golden. Sprinkle with rocket leaves. Serve immediately.


Makes 1 x 25cm pizza

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 12-15 minutes
