Cheese and Pumpkin Turkish Bread

This healthy recipe is prefect for lunch. It's so easy to whip up, not to mention deliciously satisfying!


  • 12 slices KRAFT Live Free Cheese (approx. 120g)

  • 1 large Turkish bread, split horizontally and cut into 4 lengthways

  • 250g peeled pumpkin, thinly sliced and roasted until tender

  • 1 red onion, sliced and roasted until tender

  • 4 fat free artichoke hearts, drained and sliced

  • Basil leaves, for serving


  • 1.

    Arrange 3 slices of cheese on 4 Turkish bread bases and grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Toast the Turkish bread tops at the same time.

  • 2.

    Top each cheesy base with some roast pumpkin and onion, artichoke and basil then sandwich together. Serve immediately.
