This fun and easy dessert is a perfect match for the Taylors Promised Land Moscato with its fruit-driven flavours complementing the dish.


  • 3 nectarines

  • 3 peaches

  • 3 plums

  • Fresh mint

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp Promised Land Moscato or fruity white wine


  • 1.

    Slice fruit in half and place in a baking dish.

  • 2.

    Sprinkle the fruit with sugar.

  • 3.

    Tear mint leaves and place over fruit.

  • 4.

    Splash over 3 tbsp of Promised Land Moscato.

  • 5.

    Place under grill for 5 mins.

  • 6.

    Serve with double cream or yoghurt.
