Berry-licious Meringue by Kick the Kilos

Preheat oven to 135 degrees celcius.
Using an electric mixer, mix egg whites, cream of tartare, salt & vanilla essence until medium "peaks" form - then gradually add ONLY 20g Natvia.
Spoon mixture onto a baking tray into 4 equal portions about 2cm thick.
Bake until outside is "crispy" but not too brown (20-30min depending on oven - keep your eye on it!)
For the Berry-licious sauce: on a stovetop add Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Lime & Lemon Juice and 5g Natvia. Simmer until the fruits soften
