  • 40g Honeycomb Protein Powder

  • 1 cup Traditional Oats

  • 4 tablespoons Natvia

  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Flour or Peanut Butter

  • 2 tablespoons Natvia (extra)


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced.

  • 2.

    Mix the peanut flour and the protein powder with approx 2 tablespoons water until it becomes a peanut butter like consistency. (If using peanut butter you will need less water).

  • 3.

    Add the 4 tablespoons Natvia and Oats into the bowl with the peanut/Honeycomb paste and mix until well combined.

  • 4.

    Using your hands finish mixing the mixture (adding any extra water if required to make the entire mixture stick together) then make small balls and roll between the palms of you hands.

  • 5.

    Roll each ball through the extra 2 tablespoons of Natvia to coat.

  • 6.

    Place all of the finished balls on a baking tray and place in the oven for 10minutes (Or until hardened)


You can change the Peanut Butter to Almond Butter or any Nut Butter combination.

Feel free to alter the flavour of the protein powder to make the balls the flavour of your choice – i.e. Banana, Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla !

Add sultanas, nuts or seeds to the mix to make the balls even tastier!
