Cinnabon Muffins by Booyagirl


  • 1.5 cups of wholemeal flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup Natvia

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3/4 cup skim milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

  • Ingredients Cinnamon Mix

  • 1/2 cup butter - 125g - softened

  • 1/2 cup Natvia

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Ingredients Glaze:

  • 1/4 block of cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 3/4 cup Natvia icing mix

  • 4 tablespoon butter


  • 1.

    With an electric beater or mixer, mix flour, Natvia, salt, baking powder, milk, egg, and vanilla. Once well combined, slowly stir in the melted butter. Wilh a tablespoon, spoon this cake mix in to a 12 cup muffin tray.

  • 2.

    For the Cinnamon mix, in a large bowl, mix the softened butter, 1/2 cup Natvia, flour, and cinnamon until well combined. Drop a teaspoon size ball on to the cake mix and with a toothpick or knife swirl the cinnamon mix in to the cake mix.

  • 3.

    Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes. Will be cooked when toothpick comes out clean from center.

  • 4.

    For the glaze mix the cream cheese, milk, butter, and Natvia icing mix in a small bowl with an electric beater. Mix well and put on to the top of the warm muffins. Will melt.
