Natvia Santa Sweeties by Kick the Kilos

Pre-heat over to 110 degrees C.
Beat egg whites & cream of tartare until fluffy, gradually add Natvia and continue to beat until white peaks form.
Separate mixture and add food colouring to half mix then stir through until even. (should look like a "tanned" skin colour)
Using the white egg mix, place 10 dollops onto baking paper to form the beard, keeping a little leftover for the moustache.
Using the tanned egg mix, spoon a rounded scoop onto each white dollop forming the face.
Using the remaining white egg mix "create" a little moustache.
Place 2 silver balls on each face for eyes and place into oven, cook for 45-50min until outside is crispy. Take out when ready.
Whip Cream until white & fluffy.
When cooled, scoop a little dollop of whipped cream on each head, then place a raspberry on top - that's his Santa Hat!
