  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 cups whole meal self raising flour

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup of milk

  • 1 cup of Natvia Natural Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons butter


  • 1.

    Mash Bananas.

  • 2.

    Mix butter with bananas and egg whites.

  • 3.

    Add egg yolks, sugar and flour.

  • 4.

    Add mlk.

  • 5.

    Place mixture in 2 cake tins, or 1 cake tin and 12 muffin trays or 24 – 30 muffin trays, depending on size.

  • 6.

    Cook in moderate oven until cakes bounce back when gently touched.

  • 7.

    Can be served with or without icing, your choice.
