3 Ingredients Pineapple Cake by David L.


  • 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted

  • ¾ cup Natvia

  • 1 can (440g) crushed pineapple, undrained


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

  • 2.

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then pour into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.


PREPARATION: 5 minutes, COOKING: 60 minutes
