Pavlova with Mocha Sauce, Mango and Lime by Stacie M.*
Preheat your oven to 115 degrees Celsius fan forced and have all your ingredients out, ready to use.
Add all the pavlova ingredients (except the Natvia and corn flour) to a bowl and beat until it makes medium peaks. Add the Natvia a little at a time while still beating. Once they reach stiff peaks, sift in the corn flour and beat until it's all combined.
Line a tray with baking paper and pour the pavlova mixture onto it in whatever size and shape you prefer. Pop in the oven at cook for 30-40 minutes or until they're nice and crunchy on the outside. Leave in the oven (with the door open) to cool completely.
While the pavlova is baking, melt the coconut oil and mix in the Mocha Vitarium. Pour a decent amount in the bottom of each of the bowls you plan to serve the pavlova in.
Combine the mango, lime juice and Natvia together until the Natvia has completely dissolved and set aside.
Once your pavlovas have cooled, place them on top of the Mocha sauce, top with the yogurt and mango and lime topping.
