Nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin prepares these delicious fruit salads for the health consious - for something different, serve them up in a jar!


  • 100g coconut slivers

  • ½ a cup of passion fruit pulp

  • ½ a cup of pears

  • ½ a cup of kiwi fruit

  • 1 orange cut into segments

  • Fruit salad dressing

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • ¼ cup of mint

  • ½ a lemon juice

  • ½ a lime juice



Serves: 2-4
Time: 20 minutes
