Place oranges in saucepan and cover with water. Boil oranges for 1-2 hours until really soft. Keep topping up the water if necessary.
When oranges are ready take them out and let them cool down. Cut them into small pieces and puree them until smooth.
In a bowl blend together Natvia and eggs, then add vanilla essence and orange mixture.
Slowly add almond meal and self raising flour. Mix well and add baking powder.
Place into a 20 cm baking tray. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until it bounces back on touch.
If you prefer the cake to be flour less replace the self raising flour with almond meal.
PREPARATION: 140 minutes, COOKING: 55 minutes
