Preheat oven at 200 degrees C
Separate the yolks from whites.
Mix yolks with half of the cream cheese (keep the other half for roll filling), baking powder, Natvia, vanilla essence. Mix well, so there are no lumps.
Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the whites in to the yolk mixture.
Line the baking tray with baking paper.
Spread the mixture evenly and place in oven for 10 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool. Spread the remaining cream cheese and roll it up. You may sprinkle with cinnamon for that extra zing!
