Vanilla Roll

Recipe by Samala. Enjoy this fat free and sugar-free treat! Feels like a cheat meal, but it really isn’t!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Natvia

  • 4 eggs

  • 150g fat-free cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

  • 1.

    Preheat oven at 200 degrees C

  • 2.

    Separate the yolks from whites.

  • 3.

    Mix yolks with half of the cream cheese (keep the other half for roll filling), baking powder, Natvia, vanilla essence. Mix well, so there are no lumps.

  • 4.

    Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form.

  • 5.

    Gently fold in the whites in to the yolk mixture.

  • 6.

    Line the baking tray with baking paper.

  • 7.

    Spread the mixture evenly and place in oven for 10 minutes.

  • 8.

    Take it out and let it cool. Spread the remaining cream cheese and roll it up. You may sprinkle with cinnamon for that extra zing!
