Serves: 2 Time: 45 minutes (inc. marination time)
Slice beef finely along the grain and marinate with the marinade for 20 minutes.
Wash and cut the spring onion into batons. Slice the onion and set aside
Heat wok and add 20 ml of vegetable oil. Add marinated beef and onion. Cook over heat until done, then remove and set aside.
Clean and reheat wok and add the rest of the vegetable oil. Add spring onion and cook until fragrant.
Add rice noodles and toss well. Then return the beef and onion to the wok
Add in the bean sprouts.
Sprinkle with seasoning, stir well and serve.
