Serves: 2 Time: 10-15 minutes


  • 20 grams of almonds

  • 20 grams of sunflower

  • 20 grams of sesame seeds

  • 20 grams of pepitas

  • 20 grams of walnuts

  • 1 punnet of strawberries

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 cup goats milk yoghurt


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 120C. On an oven tray place all the nuts and bake for 5-10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

  • 2.

    In a blender place the strawberries, honey and cinnamon and blend until smooth.

  • 3.

    In a bowl scoop 4 tbsp of goat’s milk yoghurt followed by the strawberries and then the nuts.
