This is great healthy meal try this Grilled salmon fillet with apple sauce


  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 spring onions, chopped (green and white parts)

  • 1 green apple, peeled and finely chopped or roughly pureed

  • 2 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon parsley or chives as preferred, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

  • 2 teaspoons Natvia


  • 1.

    Mix the apple, onions, garlic, parsley, mayonnaise and the juice of the lime together in a bowl.

  • 2.

    Grill the salmon and serve on warmed flat plates.

  • 3.

    Apply the sauce liberally over the fillet and sprinkle with pepper.


PREPARATION: 30 minutes, COOKING: 10 minutes
