Jenny’s Special Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond meal

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 mashed up ripe bananas (or 3 small)

  • 2 tablespoons LSA

  • 2 tablespoons self raising flour

  • 3 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3 teaspoon Natvia

  • 1 tablespoon black chia seeds

  • pinch of cinnamon

Method

  • 1.

    Mash bananas add eggs and mix, add all dry ingredients and mix. Add a drop of water if too dry. Put in a loaf tin and bake 180°C for 30 minutes x eat and enjoy! :-)
