This recipe is great with any kind of choc chips. I’ve also added a handful of crushed hazelnuts and walnuts before with success. These cookies are yummy, crispy or squishy – it just depends how long you leave them in the oven. by Jessica C.
Pre-heat oven. Beat butter, essence, egg and Natvia in a bowl with electric beaters. Add flours, choc bits and milk.
Place in cookie sized lumps on greased or lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or longer until brown if you like them crispy. Allow to cool.
