Enjoying the flavours of the Mediterranean couldn't be easier than with this recipe from Gourmet Garden.
Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large deep-frying pan. Add thinly sliced chicken breast fillets. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned and almost cooked through.
Add Gourmet Garden Garlic, Gourmet Garden Chilli and 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Basil. Stir to combine. Add cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives. Cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes start to soften.
Add pasta, 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil, baby rocket and parmesan cheese. Toss to combine. Serve.
