This great quiche from Gourmet Garden can be served hot or cold.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet, drain on paper towels. Wipe out skillet.
Add the oil and onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened, then add Gourmet Garden Garlic and cook 1 minute. Transfer to large bowl.
Add eggs, egg whites, flour, Gourmet Garden Dill and Chilli, whisk until smooth. Stir in bacon, cheese and spinach. Pour into a pie plate or quiche pan coated with non stick cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 220?C oven for 45 minutes or until top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
