In this episode of Come Dine With Me Australia, Harry T makes a delicious and traditional Lebanese Lentil Salad
Bring lentils to boil in saucepan with 2 cups water. When water begins to boil add another half cup of cold water. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Drain lentils and set aside to cool
Chop other ingredients.
Place parsley, cucumber and tomato, onion, mint and lentils in a bowl. Add lemon juice and pomegranate molasses, olive oil, salt and seeds. Toss gently to combine.
Garnish with remainder of parsley (few leaves) for the plate decoration.
