this fried rice is different to those you buy from a chinese restraunt. my mum made it once when i was a child and i never forgot it.
1)heat a pot of water,once boiling add rice and zuccini when its cooked pore into a strainer and rinse.
2)heat 1 tbs of oil in a frying pan add eggs and scramble once cooked set aside.
3)heat remaining oil in a large wok add onion and stirfry till soft then add chicken and stirfry till cooked.
4)add bacon,cabinossi and twiggy stix stirfry for 5 minutes or until all meats are cooked to your likings.
5)add peas and corn and capsicum stirfry for 2 minutes or until heated through. 6)turn off wok add rice,zuccini and eggs mix together.
7)serve with a drizzle of worcestershire sauce on each serving.
