Rich Chocolate Pots

  • 150 grams quality dark chocolate

  • 220 ml double cream

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • orange zest

  • 1 egg


  • 1.

    Chop chocolate in food processer into small pieces

  • 2.

    Heat cream until just before boiling .add vanilla and orange zest and pour over chocolate in food processer. Wait 30 seconds and blend for 1 minute. Add egg and blend further 30 seconds. Pour into small pots or glasses and refrigerate until set.
