Seared Scallops and Spanish Morcilla

Elegant in it's simplicity, this easy preparation of scallops from Andrew Dawes will let the delicious flavours shine through with a little help from the morcilla


  • 12 scallops

  • 2 Spanish morcilla

  • Drizzle of olive oil


  • 1.

    Pan fry scallops and morcilla

  • 2.

    Place morcilla on plate and top with scallop then drizzle with olive oil and serve.
