Even meat lovers will love Mylers Farmer's vegatarian nachos! Quick, simple, tasty and easy to prepare - this is a dish anyone can make


  • 4 cans 4 mix beans

  • 3 diced onions

  • 6 diced cloves garlic

  • 3 tinned diced tomatoes

  • 2 packets of corn chips

  • 500 grams tasty cheese


  • 1.

    Preheat oven 200

  • 2.

    Fry off the diced onion and garlic until they are both a golden brown

  • 3.

    Add 4 bean mix and tomatoes simmer on a mild heat.

  • 4.

    Grab a potato masher and smash all the beans up.

  • 5.

    Once it looks more like a paste and al the moisture has simmered off chuck it all in a deep baking tray.

  • 6.

    Cover with the corn chips and cover them in cheese.

  • 7.

    Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
