This refreshing cocktail comes from the PaperPlanes Summer menu.

Ingredients

  • 30mL Pimms

  • 30mL St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

  • 30mL Lemonade

  • 2 x lime wedges

  • 2 x lychees

  • 4 x mint leaves

  • 2 x lemon wedges

  • 1 x spoon raspberries

Method

  • 1.

    Muddle ingredients with ice

  • 2.

    Served tall glass

  • 3.

    Garnish ‘pop rocks’ rim and lychee chopstick
