Cranberry and Balsamic Glaze:
Mix together over a low heat until well combined.
Pre-heat oven to 160-170 degrees.
Prepare KRC Premium Leg Ham (remove rind using finger tips and leave fat exposed).
Score fat in diamond pattern, 5mm deep.
Place KRC Premium Leg Ham in a deep foil dish or lined baking dish.
Brush with cranberry glaze before placing in the pre-heated oven, then baste frequently during 1 1/2 - 2 hours cooking time.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Greens with Garlic, balsamic, Lemon and Almonds:
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the broccolini and green beans and cook for 3- 4 minutes. Add the peas and cook a further 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat the butter in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until lightly golden. Add the lemon rind, juice, broccolini, beans, peas and almonds and toss to coat. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
