Casarecce Arrabbiata

This classic Arrabiata dish is yummy! If you like a little spice in your life well then I recommend you try this dish. It’s simple to make and is full of classic Italian flavour.


  • 1pkt Artisan San Remo Casarecce pasta

  • 1x 400g can of Italian diced tomatoes

  • 5 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1tbspn crushed garlic

  • 1sml chilli, seeded & chopped

  • 2cup rocket, roughly chopped

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 cup grated pecorino


  • 1.

    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and add garlic and chilli.

  • 2.

    Cook for 2 to 3mins or until garlic just starts to brown. Remove garlic.

  • 3.

    Add tomatoes and bring to the boil. Turn down sauce to a simmer and cook for 12 -15mins.

  • 4.

    Season with salt & pepper.

  • 5.

    Cook pasta as per packet directions.

  • 6.

    Strain pasta and add to pan.

  • 7.

    Add rocket to pan, stir through the sauce and serve immediately.

  • 8.

    Finish with pecorino over the top.
