This super green juice is filled full of nutrients and you will notice a difference if you make this juice part of your weekly routine.


  • 1 celery stalk, trimmed

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber

  • 1 leaf silverbeet or spinach

  • 2 green apples

  • 1-2 sprigs mint

  • Small piece of fresh ginger


  • 1.

    Place celery, cucumber, silverbeet, apples, mint and ginger through the juicer.

  • 2.

    Stir juice and pour into glasses.

  • 3.

    Serve immediately.
