• 1 tablespoon Black Chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup of pure coconut water

  • 2-3 medium (280g) carrots, cut into quarters

  • 2 medium (300g) green apples or Jazz apples, cut into pieces

  • 1 small (100g) beetroot, scrubbed and cut into pieces


  • 1.

    Combine chia seeds and coconut water in a sealable container and shake well. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

  • 2.

    Place carrots, apples and beetroot through juicer.

  • 3.

    Stir juice and pour into glasses leaving a 3cm rim at the top of the glasses. Shake Chia mixture and pour over juice.

  • 4.

    Serve immediately with a straw.
