Berry and Persian Candy Floss Brownies

Kiri Brandli prepares this whimsical dessert as featured on episode one of Come Dine With Me Australia. Try it for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 150g butter

  • 125 dark chocolate

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup coco

  • ¼ cup berries

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 litre of ice cream

  • Persian Candy floss (enough to decorate the brownie with)

Method

  • 1.

    Preheat oven at 180C

  • 2.

    Brush 28cm x 28cm pan

  • 3.

    Place butter and chocolate in heat proof bowl over simmering water until melted

  • 4.

    Whisk eggs whisk in chocolate mixture then stir in flour coco and coffee

  • 5.

    Poor into tin bake for 40 mixtures

it has add coffee in step 4???

mmm put chocoalte in it as I hated the coffee
