Be sure to leave plenty of time for this delicious rocky road to refrigerate before serving. Wrapped up in a small box or tissue, this would also make a very tasty gift! Danielle Swain from shows us how to put it together.
Combine biscuit crumbs, melted butter and almond meal.
Line a pie dish with cling wrap and lightly grease with butter.
Press crumbs evenly into pie dish, then chill base in fridge to set.
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add sugar, melted chocolate, gelatine and cream and continue beating until combined.
Pour onto the crumb base and refrigerate for approximately 3hrs until set.
Top with chocolate garnish and serve with a fresh strawberry.
