Raw Berry Porridge

A perfect way to kick start your day with this deliciously healthy smoothie.


  • 1 cup oat milk or rice milk

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup berries

  • 1 tbs. psyllium husks

  • ½ a banana

  • 1 scoop of whey protein (optional)

    Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve in either a bowl or glass.
