Sesame Soy Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 perfectly ripe Avocados

  • 1 Lemon

  • Olive Oil

  • Soy sauce

  • freshly ground Pepper

  • toasted sesame seed

  • fleur de sel

Method

  • 1.

    Just before serving, halve, pit, and peel the avocados.

  • 2.

    Immediately drizzle over lemon juice to prevent browning.

  • 3.

    Cut into cubes and arrange on a plate.

  • 4.

    Drizzle with olive oil and soy.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt.

  • 6.

    Scatter over the sesame seeds.

  • 7.

    Garnish with lemon slices.

  • 8.

    Serve with picks.
