Lionel’s Pear & Cinnamon Mojito

Ingredients

  • Pear & Cinnamon Mojito

  • 60 ml Cinnamon-infused Havana Rum

  • 30 ml Pear Puree

  • 6 torn Mint leaves

  • 4 Limes wedges

  • 1 large teaspoon brown sugar

  • Crushed Ice

  • Lionel’s Hpnotiq Shot

  • 45 ml Hpnotiq

  • 1 Lime wedge

  • 15 ml 42 Below Vodka - Feijoa

Method

  • Pear & Cinnamon Mojito:

  • 1.

    Muddle Mint, Lime & Sugar then add Pear Puree & Rum.

  • 2.

    Shake over Crushed Ice & pour.

  • Lionel’s Hpnotiq Shot :

  • 1.

    Rim the shot glass with fresh lime.

  • 2.

    Add 42 Below Feijoa, Hpnotiq & the juice from Lime Wedge.
