Former professional athlete and model Kris Smith prepares his spicy prawn entree that’s sure to impress


  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce

  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce

  • 2 limes (1 x juiced 1 x sliced into wedges)

  • 2 kaffir lime leaves

  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce (finely shredded)

  • 2 avocados (shredded),

  • 16 cooked prawns, peeled, deveined


  • 1.

    Add mayonnaise to sweet chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Chop Kaffir lime leaves and add to sauce.

  • 2.

    Split lettuce between four bowls with avocado

  • 3.

    Add the prawns and cover with dressing before serving with lime wedges.

2 limes juice one cut the other into wedges serve the wedges with the dish yet what do you do with the juiced lime it has no purpose in this recipe except waste time
