A VERY INEXPENSIVE MEAL WITH LOTS OF FLAVOR AND LITTLE FAT CONTENT.
Cut top out of all tomato's scoop out centre and keep aside
Put 1 cup of the tomato pulp in a large bowl and mix well with all other ingredients
Fill tomatos the the top and then sprinkle parmisen cheese on top
Place is oven proof dish on a rock salt bed to keep them from rolling over
Drizzel a little olive oil over each one to keep moist while cooking
Cook at 180 deg for about 40 minutes
