Dukkah is a traditional Egyptian side dish consisting of herbs, nuts and spices, which is typically used as a dip with bread and olive oil or fresh vegetables. Perfect for summer entertaining and BBQs. Cooking Time: Approx 25min
Combine fresh chopped coriander and Table of Plenty Lemon & Herb Dukkah in a bowl. Add green prawns, squeeze lime juice and toss until prawns are coated.
Preheat a barbecue grill or char grill on medium. Thread the prawns, tail-end first, onto bamboo skewers, 2 per skewer. Place in a single layer on a tray. Sprinkle more Table of Plenty Lemon Herb Dukkah on top, season with sea salt and spray with olive oil.
Cook on the grill, turning, for 3-4 minutes or until the prawns change colour. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with lime wedge.
